I am a Level 3 certified personal trainer with additional specialisation in pre & post-natal exercise and nutritional guidance. I design bespoke fitness programs and training plans tailored to meet the unique physical needs of women and the wellness goals of corporate teams.
For individuals, whether you’re a beginner or experienced, I create personalised programs that deliver results—be it weight loss, muscle toning, or general fitness improvement—while supporting pre and post-natal health.
For corporates, I provide live, online coaching sessions and wellness workshops focused on posture, nutrition, stress management, and overall well-being. These sessions are designed to boost energy, productivity, and team morale while promoting a culture of health and balance in the workplace.
Following a comprehensive assessment, I develop programs that prioritise safety, effectiveness, and sustainability, ensuring every participant feels supported, motivated, and empowered throughout their journey.
