About me

I’m Cécilia, a certified personal trainer and nutrition advisor based in Bristol, UK, and the founder of Health-C-Fit.

My background & certifications

With over 6 years of coaching experience and 2 years in management at one of the UK’s largest gym chains, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the wellness industry. These experiences inspired me to launch my own business, dedicated to helping women achieve sustainable health and confidence.

Qualifications and Expertise:

  • 2017: Certified Level 3 Personal Trainer.
  • 2022: Achieved Level 5 Nutrition Consultant certification.
  • 2023: Specialised in Pre & Post-Natal Exercise and Nutrition (Level 3).

I’ve collaborated with a professional nutritionist, experienced coaches, and a medical doctor in France to design tailored, results-driven programs that empower women to feel strong, balanced, and healthy at every stage of life.

My vision

Through my experiences, I’ve seen that whether you’re a student, someone looking for a job, an active person who is sedentary, or mobile who travels a lot, a sportsperson, a pregnant woman, a mum, a dad, a senior citizen… we all need to feel good, and it can sometimes be complicated to find the right balance between our lives, our well-being and appropriate physical activities.

I created Health-C-Fit to meet your unique expectations, with personalised programmes and a good balance between nutrition and physical activity.

No gimmicks, just a balanced diet, adapted to your life, that you can maintain over the long term.

My methodology

No exercise you can’t stand, just personalised, varied programmes with a progression plan.

I believe that educating people is the best way of achieving long-term results. So, I do my best to pass on my knowledge. 

And because learning never stops, I regularly pass on the new things I learn to my clients.
